College Student in Ames, IA

Hello BP!  My name is Bryce Littler and my account here is fairly new, however I have been listening to podcasts and reading books for a few months now.  I am 19 years old and a freshman at Iowa State University studying Finance.  I am really interested in the house hacking strategy and would be looking to pursue that in the next year or so.  What advice would you give to a college student starting out?
