Charlotte, NC: Network Development

Hello everyone,

I’m relatively new to both Charlotte, NC, as well as the Bigger Pockets community. I’m currently 24, working in Real Estate Investment Banking, and looking to purchase my first rental property in early/mid 2021.

I wanted to create this post to introduce myself to all of the followers in this sub thread, as it seems we all have similar objectives, goals, and a purpose to obtain financial freedom through Real Estate. The cooperation of unfamiliar strangers via the Internet has always been serendipitous to me.

Also wanted to ask for advice on mortgage bankers, real estate agents, accountants, contractors and maintenance companies. If anyone has had a positive experience with anyone holding those professions in the Charlotte area (or within proximity), please feel free to provide a referral.
