Chester County PA Investing

I consider myself a new investor because I bought a house then moved 6 years or so ago but kept the house. So I have one long distance investment property and I own my primary residence. I want to buy more here in Chester County. I am a full time Electrician and I own a handyman business on the side. I am in the process of improving my credit and saving up for a down payment on a modest first property that will lead to more. I am looking for fellow investors in the area that I can help out. Are there any local meetups? Is there anyone with a Brrrr or Flip in the process that needs a little bit of help? Does anyone have any properties they would consider owner financing? Does anyone need a second set of eyes on a property they are considering? Let me help you achieve your real estate goals.
