$50,000 purchase price for BRRRR
I am looking to purchase a single family home for $50,000 and put in no more than $30,000 for rehab costs. Is it worth it to purchase a home this low and invest in the rehab costs? Hoping to be able to cash out refi a significant amount to continue. Any advice?
