Mission Statements

Hey all!

I'm in the process of building my business plan. I live in Washington, DC, so I'm only just beginning my research. Going to a few condo open houses tomorrow to initiate my market research.

How did you all develop your business plan, specifically a mission statement? I'm probably moving to Massachusetts in the next year and a half, but I want to develop some fundamentals for any market.
