Wholesaling in Canada
Hi All,
I am looking to get started in wholesaling. I understand the fundamentals, however I have no idea how to get started, in terms of network / connection to buyers.
I am a highly motivated learner of real estate investing, in the pursuit of finding a suitable purchase for my first rental property to convert into 2-3 living spaces in Hamilton, ON. (BRRRR method)
Any and All insights would be appreciated. I could use all the advise in both of my investment goals. I am currently a police officer which affords me lots of time off, and a good foundation to make my money work for me, as well as a skillset similar to that of a salesman.
