Opportunities in Real Estate

All,

I have been working the Commercial Development Industry for the past few years and hold my Broker's License performing deals on the side. I am looking to transition from a Construction Management role to something more financially/investment related. I live in the Front Range (CO) area and was hoping to get suggestions on up-and-coming opportunities/ways to get my foot in the door.
