I'm looking to purchase my first investment property and I was thinking of purchasing a duplex or a single-family (depending on what I find available in the given city/market), in the northeast (PA,NJ, NY) and looking to spend less than 230K, what cities and markets have you been successful in? I welcome suggestions, ideas, stories, connections, etc.
