Vacation Rental Company

I'm new to Bigger Pockets, Real Estate Investing and to vacation rental companies. Like so many people during the real estate boom I got caught up in purchasing property and am now slightly underwater on three Las Vegas town homes. I'm thinking of ways to completely cover monthly expenses and hold them for the long term.

One such idea is a vacation rental company in Las Vegas. I'd love thoughts, feedback and advice. Thank you.
