Closing my first home next month!
Hi All! I'm closing on my first home/property next month, ($320k) 4bd 3.5bth townhome, looking for rent it out in 1-2 years, my main question is should I be putting a 20% down payment to avoid PMI or should I do the minimum and take the rest of the money and invest it elsewhere? (Ex. compound it?)
