Structuring a boots on the ground partnership
I am an out of state investor. I'm looking at partnering with someone who would be willing to manage the rehab and a second judge of character when hiring property managers and contractors.
Does anyone have experience with this?
How did you structure your partnership? who handled what? Did you split rehab costs?
I am bringing the money to purchase the home.
