Seeking a CPA in Sonoma

I'm looking for a CPA that specializes in Real Estate of course, and ideally is an investor themselves. I'm brand new, I need all the advice on LLC vs Corp and all the basics, leading into my first [long distance, still USA - PA] investment

I live in Sonoma, CA but am happy to drive to San Francisco or Sacramento for the right counseling 

Any other help is greatly appreciated as well ♡  I am a newly licensed Real Estate Agent [just as the pandemic hit] in CA... Eager to learn & get things Moving ... I started working 2 regular jobs now - not what I wanted lol
