First Time Investing
Hey, I'm 23 years old, in college for two more years. I would like to start investing. I live in Georgia. I have 3 friends that would like to flip houses with me. My ultimate goal is to build up my portfolio and have 5 rental properties in the next 2 years. I would like to know if its a good idea to create an LLC with them or possibly house hack first alone. Also how to find private money lenders?
