Trouble Finding Northern New Jersey Realtor
Hello BP! I am new to REI and am looking to start my journey by investing in rental by house hacking a duplex (or tri if that is possible) with my girlfriend. I have spoken to several agents so far, but am having trouble finding a realtor that understands the investing side of the business. Being a rookie, I think it is important to find a realtor with experience to help guide us in making good decisions. We are looking around the Rahway, Garwood area with a slight interest in Boonton as well. Would love any assistance or direction in finding a realtor that can help us find what we are looking for in the crazy Northern NJ Market. Thanks!
