Trend of Real Estate Properties in Developing Countries
Hello, everyone! I am a beginner in real estate investment, esp. passionate about residential properties. I come from Cambodia, a fast developing country in Southeast Asia. As I am shopping for my first real estate property, I am struggling to understand the trend of which kind of properties are popular in developing countries. (Data in Cambodia is very limited). It would mean a lot if you can help give some advice on what I can do from here. Thank you so much in advance.
