Vacation Rental - South Florida - Need a Agent

Dear @Jennifer Escobar - Thank you for asking! 100% agree with you - the prices will continue to go up. In addition to watching the market (day & night:) I have a degree in economics: all major economic indicators point to increase; not to mention many relocations (including businesses from CA, & North East. Lastly (and this is by no means political statement, and, to be fair anecdotal, apparently, some are moving here to we are a "Red State". We are already seeing folks coming here because former President's Family is moving here (soon to likely be followed by the former POTUS himself). I could go on & on :) - the short answer is yes - prices will continue to go up here. Hope that helps & always happy to share information so feel free to reach out.
