LLC Type and Location for a Partnership
Hello BP,
I am working with my lawyer on finding the best state and type of LLC for an investment group that focusing on properties in Ohio.
In the group there is one partner based in Virginia along with myself and another partner based in California.
Upon initial thought we are thinking about creating a Delaware LLC with equal partnership where company profits/loss is distributed to the owners.
Does anyone have any advice?
