Tips for finding investment partner

I’m trying to get started in real estate investment. I have flipped one house and currently flipping another which I live in. I am very handy and will be doing most of the remodeling myself. I’m looking to find another house that can be renovated with the intention to sale or to rent. I’m looking into partnering with someone to help finance the deal and we would split the profits. Where are the best places to find a partner? And any general advice and tips for this kind of situation would be greatly appreciated!

@Caleb Brown Before getting into where you can find the right partner, I would recommend you first sit down and define for yourself what makes the right partner for you

Ask yourself a few questions like:
_ Why are you looking for a partner? Do you REALLY need them for what you think you need them for or do you more want someone to go down the road with you?

_ What skill sets or assets should your partner have and what roles should they fill?

_ What skill sets or assets do you have and what roles can you fill?
_ What would your dream partnership look like in terms of return, responsibilities and workload?

_...

I would recommend you sit down and write out these answers to really get clear on what you can do and what type of person you are looking for. And this can go down to how old are they? What income do they have? Where do they live?
And once you have this specific picture of the person you are looking for, the answer you are looking for becomes rather simple, just go to the place where you will be most likely to find this kind of person. Which might be REI clubs, forums, facebook groups you name it.
