Confused on where to start.

Hello! My name is Noah, I’m 18 years old and I’m fresh out of high school. I do not plan on going to college and I know that I want to do real estate. I don’t know much yet, but I have been listening to the podcasts and doing some research on my own. My first big goal is to get a house and start house hacking. I have been building up my credit score and doing landscaping work with my dad and making some decent income as a contractor, but I think I need to find some more consistent W2 income to show the banks that I’m reliable. I would like to try to get little to no money down on my first house. I’m very confused and a bit overwhelmed with everything right now so I’m mainly looking for some general guidance when it comes to finding and actually getting that first deal. Any advice will help me since I’m not looking for anything specific—I just need some guidance in the right direction. Thank you!
