Newbie Data Management

Hello all,

I'm reaching out to everyone to get your collective advice. Like many, I watch YouTube Videos to learn and they make it seem like they perform 2 steps then secure a contract. Personally, I'm using propstream and export my lists, then import into my skiptrace service. I then have to massage the data to import into a CRM. The network engineer in me is screaming, "This is waaaay to complicated and a waste of my precious time. I can write some code to streamline the crap out of this!!" but I continue with the learned process.

What are you all doing? Is this the norm? I feel like before I make a single call, I'm spending too much time massaging my data. WTF am I doing wrong? I'm just getting started and getting frustrated. Please help...
