Foundation removal cost?

Hi guys,

I have an opportunity to purchase a number of lots for new development project. The thing is they all have old foundations in the ground from previous houses that need to be removed first. I'm trying to ballpark the removal cost. 

Is there any metric I can use to calculate roughly what it would cost me to get them removed? Most are slab foundations while a few had a crawlspace and one had an old basement.
