Hello everyone!

Just came here for some insight. I’m looking to buy a home in the Jacksonville area. Recently got pre-approved and interested in a property in the Brentwood area. I’m not really familiar with Jacksonville, so I would love some input. Is Brentwood on the road to development ? Or is it not worth the investment ?
