2 projects in San Diego - financing advice
I am finally able to develop my two properties in San Diego this year and looking for best financing options in this area for my projects.
Project 1 - mixed residential construction build up adding 4 units on top of existing first floor. Financing needed $1M
Project 2 - multi use retail downstairs and 3 residential/work live on top in a prime downtown area of San Diego. Will be building from ground up. Financing needed $2M
Any and all help is much appreciated as I am putting together my team and am new to the area.
