Just starting to explore
Greetings from the DMV area.
I'm looking to take about 10k and start investing in tax liens. Ideally I'd like to Not take ownership of any properties , and just earn the returns . I work full time in Data, and make good enough money that my debt is low and I have some bonus money . I'm not sure if this is something I will start this year, or if I will wait and learn/research more. I'd appreciate any insight if this is enough capital to start with tax liens and/ or what strategies would be good for this budget.
