Hoboken/Jersey City, NJ Opportunities, Advice, Agent

Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a property in the Hoboken/Jersey City area to house hack. I'd appreciate any kind of advice or insights on investing in this area, forming an LLC/Corp. and just getting started in general!

Ideal budget is <$600K

At that price point forget about Hoboken. Actually, forget about Hoboken altogether. 
there are some neighborhoods in JC that you can find cash flowing deals at under 600k. This topic has been discussed many times in the forums. Below are a few links to those discussions. Hope these help:
