Rentometer gives only 5 free searches... 

Bpinsight rent estimate seem not so good...

@Ari Hadar, in Cincinnati, Zillow seems to provide the best comps.  I use active listings first, but you can also drill down into previous listings to see what they were last listed for, as well.
