Assessing Rental Viability of Primary Residence

Hi All! I'm new to BiggerPockets and looking for your feedback

I'm wondering how everyone would approach assessing the rental viability of their own home. We are potentially moving next year and want to assess whether or not it makes economic sense to keep the home as a rental property. What is the best way to estimate the monthly rent value? What is the best way to go about doing this?
