New investor in Spokane

Hi everyone!

We have been living in Spokane for about 3 years now and just started investing in real estate. Got a rental in New York but would want to start investing locally. The Spokane market is just soaring and appears to be very competitive! Thinking of doing BRRR, is this a good strategy in Spokane?
