Is anyone, or does anyone know of an competent and well priced for a project in Los Angeles, CA.. this is in the Pico/Union area just outside of downtown.. someone who is experienced with ADU's/area zoning regulations . The property is on 6000 sqft lot with a 2250 living space.(possibly combined home and adu)..LARD1.5.. wanted to assess splitting the main structure into two units and completing the ADU into a larger unit (built from 1/3 of a 3 car garage)
