Investing in Chicago

Hi BP fam, I have been recently looking at moving to Chicago after graduating to purchase my first house hack. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on the current market. I've been looking at places north of the city such as Wrigleyvile, Lincoln Park and Lakeview. Anything helps!!

Thanks,

Ryan

@Ryan St. Clair

As others have mentioned you're unlikely to find anything that makes sense for a house hack in those areas. Other neighborhoods on the NW side have 2-4 units that can still make good sense for a house hack but you'll be limited if you plan to go FHA.
