My adventure-- Advice after my first flip
Im 3 week away from finishing my first flip/remodel. My partner and I will be waiting for the closing process and the profits. As we are on a tight budget therefore, we need the founds to roll on to our next project to continue our remodels.
My question is-- what kind of advice would you you guys give to someone completing their first remodel. How should I set myself up the next 3 weeks, not to have a big low after the house is listed? To continue an income, as I'm depend on flips--
