Putting a house under contract
Newbie question!
Do I need to hire a Real Estate Lawyer to redact a purchase contract? or this is something a Realtor can help me with?
Contingencies;
If after putting the house under contract, the bids are way out of my estimate and the numbers aren’t good anymore, can I get out without loosing the earnest money?
