Title Insurance ALTA options

I recently was the winning bid on auction.com for a property.  The closing office offered title insurance for about 600.00.  The property is in a small county that doesn't have any records online and I haven't been able to do my own search.  I going to get the title insurance but they offered me 3 options.  Can anyone help me understand the difference between the 3? I have googled these terms but didn't find anything. I asked my escrow officer for clarification and she told me to "just sign the Owner's Policy". I have no reason not to trust her but I would also like to know what these mean.

ALTA - R coverage

ALTA - Homeowner Policy of Title Coverage

ALTA - Owner's policy
