No mortgage home into a LLC.
Hello
I currently live in a no mortgage home for the last 25 years. I'm looking to get rental property but I'm wondering if I can take my current home and place it in my LLC. I then can turn it into my first rental property. I will then go out and use my VA loan eligibility to get a two-family home and house hack that property while renting one unit to Veteran Affairs.. Please give a newbie advice, thank you
