New RE investor seeks Advise
Hello, I am new to RE investing. Just completed my first master class in Women's Real Estate investing Network. I am just starting out to learn the ropes, house hacking, flipping, wholesaling, rentals- buy and hold. I am currently searching for a single family home (wholesale preferred) in Spokane or CDA Idaho.
