Out of state properties
Hi BP I am looking for a mentor for out of state rental properties! Recently I’ve been researching and narrowing down my strategy for how I want to invest in real estate and i’ve narrowed it down to cash flowing small multi family rental properties. I want to invest locally but I am also determined to pursue out of state investing because California is not the most land lord friendly state. I’m 18 and just starting out so I am very eager to look for a mentor who does out of state rental deals. I’m looking for someone I can call or talk to who can provide me some insight on the out of state investing world and just kinda help me get some good information and be someone I can talk to throughout my RE journey. I can not offer much but I am very motivated to get started and even more motivated to learn from people who have been there and done that.
