House Hack w/ AADU (Seattle)
Hi All! I'm planning to house hack in the Seattle area by buying a SFH and adding an AADU to the basement - unless I can find a good deal on a MFH or SFH with an ADU already added of course. I'd love to connect and chat with anyone in the area that's taken a similar approach or has advice to share with this strategy in the area. I'm also starting to search for deals and build relationships with local agents, lenders, wholesalers, and contractors in case anyone has recommendations in those areas. Thanks in advance!
