Beginner in South East Florida
I have been looking for my first deal in my area for a few months now and have found some seemingly descent deals but nothing to truly go after hard. I was wondering if anyone has had experience in or around my target market (Broward and Palm Beach Counties) and could give me a nudge in the right direction.
