Hello BP So I want to get started in Rehabing my own properties, but I don't know where to start. questions:
1. Should I work for a contractor?
2. How would I find a contractor that is hiring? Should I cold call?
3. Having no experience in contracting how would I work for one? Do I need to go to school or something? Or will they teach me?
Pros:
1. I can Get experience.
2. I can build a great network.
3. I can probably get some of the equipment needed for free maybe.
Cons:
1. It'll take more time.

Hey!
1. Should I work for a contractor?
- Yes this could be a great opportunity for you! However it's NOT necessary!
2. How would I find a contractor that is hiring? Should I cold call?
- Drive around the city on a nice day and ask contractors if they'd be willing to have a helper! You may need to get licensed in your state though to help them out.
3. Having no experience in contracting how would I work for one? Do I need to go to school or something? Or will they teach me?
- You'll need to get licensed but you can also learn from them along the way!
