Hi All! I noticed when using the bigger pockets calculator, when I change the purchase price the cash flow amount doesn't really do anything. It's probably a user error on my end, but curious if anyone has suggestions? Literally, everything is the same and i'll change the prop price and the cash flow remains the same. Thanks for any help! :)

Oh dang.. I think I figured it out right as I posted this. Looks like I need to change the loan amount manually?
