I just moved to San Antonio to work for a builder/developer and I’m looking to start investing. Do I first talk to a real estate agent or a mortgage broker to begin?

Welcome to San Antonio Logan! Exciting news that you are looking to start investing! I'm a lender in the area and would be happy to talk to you about the mortgage process and run an estimate for you if you are interested. As an investor myself (I have a short term rental in Alabama and a long term rental in Colorado), I'm both personally and professionally familiar with the purchase process.
