Anyone investing in Youngstown, OH?

I'm researching this area and wanted to know if there is anyone on biggerpockets that can provide some insight on this area. How are the vacancy rates as far as rentals? Is it true that they are high? Any other info you could provide would be helpful as well. TIA.

I drove through the outskirts yesterday..  @Jill F.  I would ping Jill she is really active in Akron and I see these markets are being much a like although did not drive through Youngstown but was impressed with what i saw in that area of Ohio plus I love the turnpikes  wish we had those out here on the west coast genius Idea I would pay tolls anyday for those great freeways.
