Growing Rich with no money
Has anyone tried the tactic that Robert Allen uses in creating wealth in real estate with low money down? I have read almost all of the books by all of the gurus and find that his is more simplistic and easy to understand. It turns into a near full-time job, but the benefits could be outstanding. Just thought if anyone tried. I have been playing with it for years now and although I am not retired on a private island yet, I can say that it is working.
