General Contactor For A New Investor
Hi. As a newb I'm trying to start building my team and my first pick is a General Contractor.
My question is, how much do you usually pay for a GC? Is it a per inspection basis or a steady monthly income? In my current situation, since I'm just starting out probably I'd do it per inspection rate.
I'd like to know your feedbacks. Thanks!
