Wholesaling questions answered! Finally!
Hey to all the starters, if your like myself you've spent countless hours sifting thru the forms only to get bits of info here and there, seems people are either tired of answering the same questions over and over or are just stingy with the info. I just wanted to let everyone know I found a great book it's called :
The New Path to Real Estate Wealth earning without owning.
by Chantel and Bill Carey
75% of the book is all about wholesaling It includes sample contracts, letters of intent, promisary notes and how to use them all. It gave me all the info I've picked up in the forums plus answered a lot of other questions I had. Basically it leads the horse to water. It's the only book that I've come across about wholesaling.
