Beginning in real estate investing
I’m 17 and will be 18 in two months. My first goal into to real estate is to house hack a duplex or any type of multiplex. My plan right now is to save 400 every month for 4 years I’ll be 22 and I’ll have $20,000. I’ll use a first time home buyer loan so my down payment would be far less the 20% I’m assuming. What are some tips or advice that I should do or considering throughout or before that time.
