Air BnB or VRBO opportunity
I have a friend who is selling her VRBO investment property. She is asking 649,900 for it. It’s fully booked every summer and she gets, I believe, 329 a night for it. Is this a good deal? Would any of you be interested in it? It’s in the north woods of Wisconsin. It’s beautiful and on a lake.
