Registering LLC Delaware vs Florida
I am ready to buy first rental property in Florida. I am planning to register new LLC.. but i am confused where to register.. I am living in NJ. i know there are benefits of registering LLC in Delaware and operate as foreign LLC in Florida. After doing some research it sounds like you will still need someone currently residing in Florida for signing paper work if you want to operate as foreign LLC.. what are pros/cons of registering LLC in Florida and /or Delaware ? can i do it myself or do i need to hire CPA ?
