Beginning to invest in multifamily

Posted

Hi, everyone. I'm a 21-year-old Italian guy who wants to start investing in small multifamily to built a track record. I've spent quite some time educating myself by reading books, watching Youtube videos and listening to podcasts. Do you have any advice for a newbie like me on how to get the ball rolling? Should I find a mentor or a coach? Thank you

@Francesco Piazzola

If you're confident in the knowledge you have, then go for it. I'm a huge fan of mastermind groups, which is like a mentor or coach. If you have the funds to support a deal and have a market available, I would go for it.

Sincerely,
