Getting to the first deal

Hey Everyone,

New guy here. I wanted to create a journal here to track the progress to my first wholesale deal. I figured this would be great way to keep motivated, meet peers and better my writing skills.

I'm currently helping my father manage commercial properties in NY (post eviction cleanup, doing apartment teardowns to remove violations, and other basic functions of property management)

For those who are also starting out please feel free to plug in. There's always strength in numbers!
